Team viewer is an excellent program for troubleshooting another computer remotely.


It can be used to transfer files, access another computer through internet and remote reboot; to name just a few. It has video chat capability, and the best of it all is it is free for non commercial use.


I like the portable version as you don't need to install it on your computer.
