PDF link error in Internet Explorer

I have been getting error when clicking a link that contains pdf file on the internet lately. It failed to open the pdf file and an error box telling me that internet explorer have encountered problem, try to find solution, and at the end just stop working with a "page not found" message.

I had done a check on the internet explorer add-ons. Going to Tools/Manage add-ons. You will see all your add-ons listed by internet explorer.

After doing trial and error on enabling and disabling my add-ons, I found that the culprit is add-ons created by Cheng Du Vtools company.

I removed the accelerate tab, and adblock add-ons from my internet explorer. Then I deleted the directory c:\program files\speeddial that contains all programs from this company.

It solved my pdf link problem. Now I can click on the pdf link and it opens it.

Today 11/3/2014 I got the same problem again. I investigated my internet explorer add-ons  and found that another Cheng Du add-ons was somehow installed again. This time it is called ads removal. I traced it from the properties of the add-ons, and found that it was added when I installed iobit malware fighter  (it resides under iobit directory).
