Commonwealth Bank Netbank Login Problem

Have you ever got the message below when trying to log into commonwealth bank netbank online ?


Go to your internet option setting as advised above and scroll down to security. Check whether Use TLS 1.2 is check or not as below.

 
If Use TLS 1.2 is checked, you need to uncheck it (see below) and click Apply button. Then refresh your internet explorer.
 
 
Your netbank login should be OK as below.
